Dr. Raashina Humayun is a visionary leader, an innovator and a technologist. With over 25 years of pioneering experience in semiconductor manufacturing. Based in Silicon Valley, she began her career as a hands-on process engineer at Lam Research, a top-3 global semiconductor equipment manufacturer. Rising to various leadership positions, she helped major chip manufacturers worldwide tackle significant nanoscale fabrication and scaling challenges, enabling disruptive innovations. A prolific inventor with over 70 issued patents, Raashina has spearheaded numerous technical advances embedded in most chips used today. Her full-cycle innovation leadership has transformed multiple ideas from inception to profitable products, generating billions in revenue. She worked with leading logic fabs to develop the first FinFET devices and with major memory fabs on the replacement gate process for 3D NAND Flash enabled vertical scaling of memory, now a $50 billion market. Raashina's collaborations with DRAM fabs have been instrumental in scaling to 1 nm nodes and her groundbreaking R&D work is behind the recent introduction of Molybdenum as a next gen metallization material. Dr. Raashina Humayun holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi in India . She then moved to the US, earning an M.S. from the University of Massachusetts and a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University. Raashina has completed the Executive Program for Women Leaders at Stanford and has been inducted into the CEE Academy of Distinguished Alumni at the University of Massachusetts.

She’s known for forging deep connections among diverse teams and aligning them around a shared vision, transforming fragmented groups into high-performing, collaborative powerhouses. Kim has developed a coaching practice with a mission to help professionals step into their fullest leadership potential. Drawing from the latest research in brain science, neurochemistry, and neurobiology, she empowers clients to create sustainable change— both within themselves and across their organizations.
